BHIRAJ BURI GROUP and Signify Sign MOU to Advance Sustainable Lighting Infrastructure, Highlighting Southeast Asia’s 1st Zero Capex Project
Recently – Mr. Pitiphatr Buri, Chief Executive Officer of BHIRAJ BURI GROUP (2nd from left), and Mr. Piyapoj Phakdeesuparithi, Country Leader, Signify Commercial (Thailand) Ltd. (2nd from right), presided over the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony for a strategic partnership on sustainable lighting infrastructure. The MOU was co-signed by Mr. Thanat Kriausakul, Group Director of Process and System Design at BHIRAJ BURI GROUP (far left), and Mr. Nutthapong Mitranond, Commercial Leader – Professional at Signify (far right). The ceremony took place at the Glasshouse, SAMA Garden at BITEC BURI.
The purpose of this MOU is to collaborate on enhancing infrastructure efficiency and driving sustainability across BHIRAJ BURI GROUP’s properties through Signify’s innovations. This builds upon the success of the first phase of the ‘Zero Capex’ (Lighting-as-a-Service) project at BITEC BURI, which has tangibly reduced energy consumption and carbon (CO2) emissions, whilst enabling practical energy cost management to transform BITEC BURI into a fully-fledged Green District.
Furthermore, this partnership encompasses future plans to expand the smart lighting system to other BHIRAJ BURI GROUP developments.
