Within the BITEC BURI premises, metal waste and aluminum pull tabs are carefully collected and sorted through an organized waste separation process. Rather than ending up in general waste streams, these materials are directed toward a structured recycling pathway.
The collected aluminum is forwarded to the Pollution Control Department, where it is processed and repurposed in the production of prosthetic legs for persons with disabilities.
